Handmade sterling silver jewelry has a NO return policy after purchased.

-No refunds. No store credit.

-No repair made for free.

-No replacements.

Handcrafted stones have a no return policy. All stones are handcrafted by either me or my husband. Some stones require backing and others don't. Regardless of whether a stone is back or not the artist must take extra caution when setting the stone, especially corners or points.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping insurance is included only on USPS shipping. Shipping insurance only covers lost or damaged packages through USPS shipping methods. If damage occurs during shipping please send email to sheepstreetsilver@yahoo.com
